Manager Mechanical Engineer Experienced and highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with 12-15 years of in-depth experience in the Erection, Commissioning, Operation, and Maintenance of Sugar Plants and Extra Neutral Alcohol Plants. Demonstrated expertise in handling mechanical systems and utilities such as Juice Extraction Plant, Process house, Boilers, Turbines, Pumps, piping systems, and rotating equipment. Strong leadership and coordination skills with a focus on quality, safety, and Project efficiency. Core Competencies: Juice Extraction Plant and Process house Mechanical Equipment Installation & Maintenance. Boiler & Turbine and its auxiliaries Installation, Operation and Maintenance. Distillery Plant mechanical equipment Installation, Operation & Maintenance. Erection & Commissioning of Plant & Machinery. Maintenance Planning, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance and Equipment trouble shooting. Utility Systems: Pumps, Compressors, Cooling Towers. Shutdown & Turnaround Planning. Implemented cost-effective maintenance strategies and spares management, resulting in improved plant uptime and reduced operational costs. Tools & Technical Skills: AutoCAD (Basic layout and isometric review). MS Office Suite (Excel for reports and spares planning). ERP Systems (Maintenance and Inventory Modules – SAP preferred). Familiarity with codes and standards: ASME, IS, API. Reading & interpreting mechanical drawings and P&IDs. Electrical Manager Experienced and dedicated Electrical Engineer with over 10-12 years of proven expertise in the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems in Integrated Sugar Complex, including Sugar Plants, Biomass based Power Plants, and Extra Neutral Alcohol Plants. Adept at handling high and low voltage systems, process interlocks, and utility integration with a strong focus on Plant reliability, energy efficiency, and safety compliance. Possesses strong experience in managing complete electrical scopes in greenfield projects, including electrical load calculations, switchyards, transformers, MCC & PCC installations, motor control systems, and lighting/power distribution. Committed to optimizing system performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting project commissioning and troubleshooting activities across all Plant operations. Supported Biomass based Power Plants (15-20 MW): Electrical systems Erection and commissioning of Boilers, Turbines, switchyard, synchronization panels, and auxiliary equipment. Worked on ENA Plants: Distillation unit power supply, control panel integration, motor sizing, flameproof installations, and process interlocks. Coordinated with mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams for smooth execution and plant commissioning. Handled compliance with relevant inspections, safety audits, and ensured adherence to electrical codes and standards. Supported plant operation teams for routine and emergency trouble shooting, reducing equipment downtime significantly. Tools & Software: AutoCAD (for Electrical Layouts & SLDs basics) MS Office (Excel – Reports, Power Point – Presentations, Word – Documentation) ERP (SAP for Maintenance & Stores Modules).
