Runner A high-speed coordination role that retrieves presenters from their tables or dressing rooms and ensures trophies are delivered to the stage hands at the right time. Stage Assistant A versatile role responsible for maintaining the ‘award table’ on the side of the stage, ensuring trophies are clean and arranged in the correct order of the script. Award Usher While general ushers manage the audience, ‘stage ushers’ specifically escort winners to the podium and guide them back to their seats after the presentation to prevent congestion on stage.
