We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team and support our expansion by recruiting female Mobile Sales Agents across Lusaka. Key Responsibilities Recruit female Mobile Sales Agents from all areas within Lusaka. Conduct both offline recruitment (community outreach, markets, bus stations, universities, churches, and other public places) and online recruitment using social media and other digital platforms. Screen and interview prospective candidates. Verify applicants’ qualifications and suitability for the role. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Coordinate candidate onboarding and handover to management. Represent the company professionally during all recruitment activities. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, field recruitment, or community mobilization. Experience in finding and recruiting people is essential. Sales experience is not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets. Good knowledge of Lusaka and its communities. Experience using Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and other social media platforms for recruitment is an added advantage. Must be organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
