WE’RE HIRING LUBRICANTS SPECIALIST To drive the development, sales growth, and operational success of our lubricants business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the automotive, industrial, or energy sector and a proven track record in business development and customer relationship management. LOCATION Lusaka or Copperbelt (Ndola) depending on business requirements, market focus and candidate profile REPORTS TO B2B Head KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement lubricants growth strategies. Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Monitor sales performance and market trends. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams. Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or related sectors. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
