Role Overview and Key Responsibilities As an IT Project Technician at Nasle Technologies, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of IT and electronic security solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting site assessments and technical surveys to evaluate project requirements. Developing technical recommendations and detailed project implementation plans. Installing, configuring, and commissioning IT systems and electronic security solutions. Training end-users on newly deployed systems to ensure smooth adoption. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both on-site and remotely. Ensuring all projects are completed professionally, on schedule, and within agreed timelines. Providing ongoing technical support and post-installation assistance. Preparing clear technical reports and installation documentation. Qualifications and Experience for IT Project Technician Jobs in Lusaka To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related discipline. At least two years of practical experience working on IT projects — this is a strict requirement. Applicants must be aged between 23 and 35 years.
