DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Recruitment and Selection Advertise job vacancies. Screen applications and conduct interviews. Select and hire suitable candidates. 2. Employee Orientation and Training Introduce new employees to the organization. Organize training and development programs. Identify staff training needs. 3. Performance Management Monitor employee performance. Conduct performance appraisals. Recommend promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions. 4. Compensation and Benefits Administration Manage salaries, wages, and employee benefits. Ensure payroll is processed correctly. Review compensation policies. 5. Employee Relations Handle employee grievances and complaints. Promote a positive work environment. Resolve workplace conflicts. 6. Policy Development and Compliance Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records. 7. Health and Safety Management Promote workplace health and safety. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate employee wellness programs. 8. Workforce Planning Assess staffing needs. Develop succession plans. Forecast future workforce requirements. 9. Disciplinary and Conflict Management Investigate misconduct cases. Administer disciplinary procedures fairly. Mediate disputes between employees. 10. Strategic HR Management Advise management on HR matters. Support organizational goals through effective people management. Develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
