WE’RE HIRING HR ADVISOR To manage recruitment, payroll, employee relations, talent development, and HR operational activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations. LOCATION Lusaka REPORTS TO HR Head KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead recruitment and onboarding activities. Support payroll and benefits activities. Support performance management processes. Maintain HR records and documentation. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies. Coordinate training and employee development programs. Support employee engagement initiatives. Provide administrative support to the Managing Directors office. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM). Minimum 5 years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations.
