GUEST RELATIONS HOST (TEMPORARY – 3 MONTHS) GPFI Zambia is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Guest Relations Host on a three (3) month temporary contract. The successful candidate should be available to commence work immediately. Location: Lusaka Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage the reception area and maintain a positive first impression. Handle incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately. Perform general administrative and clerical duties. Provide administrative support to various departments as required. Requirements Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or any other related business course (added advantage). Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, guest relations, or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
