JOB OPPORTUNITY : GM-Customer Support Engineer An ICT Company is inviting suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for the position of General Manager -Customer Support Engineer. Qualifications and Technical Skills 1) A Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is also acceptable. 2) Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing printers and multifunctional devices. 3) Understanding of server hardware, Windows Server OS, and basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi). 4) Proficiency in diagnosing PC hardware/software issues (Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Suite) 5) Familiarity with CRM. 6) 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, field service or help desk role 7) Certifications such as Cisco, ComTIA A+, N+ or Manufacturer specific certifications (e.g. HP, HPE, Dell) are a strong plus 8) 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical support, field service or help desk role 9) Certifications such as Cisco, ComTIA A+, N+ or Manufacturer specific certifications (e.g. HP, HPE, Dell) are a strong plus Responsibilities 1) Technical support & troubleshooting 2) Hardware Repair and Maintenance 3) Server and Network support 4) Issue Documentation: Accurately log all support interactions, actions taken, and solutions in the CRM.
