To apply, or for more information, follow the link below. Position Overview The Fuel Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fuel storage and distribution facility. This role ensures safe handling, efficient supply chain management, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The manager will lead a team of depot staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain high standards of safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise fuel receipt, storage, and dispatch activities. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Implement and enforce safety protocols for handling hazardous materials. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities. Maintain accurate records for regulatory reporting. Team Leadership Manage depot staff schedules, training, and performance. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Financial & Administrative Duties Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports. Control costs while maximizing efficiency. Oversee billing, documentation, and customer service processes. Logistics & Customer Relations Liaise with transport companies to ensure timely deliveries. Resolve customer complaints and maintain strong client relationships. Optimize supply chain processes to reduce downtime and delays. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in fuel, oil & gas, or logistics operations. Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Skills & Competencies Knowledge of fuel handling and depot operations. Ability to manage budgets and operational KPIs.
