Job Description: Finance Specialist Carlcare Service Limited was established in Zambia in 2016 with an aim to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer electronics in the Country. Currently, Carlcare is providing full service support for TECNO, Itel & Infinix mobile phone brands. Among other products, Oraimo exists for Accessories, Electric Appliances department for Home Appliances, as well as Itel Accessories for Itel Accessories. Therefore, Carlcare Service Limited wishes to invite qualified candidates to fill the position of Finance Specialist who is an efficient and punctual candidate with good time management skills to be based in Lusaka. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our financial operations, managing the finance team, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in driving financial efficiency and supporting management with data-driven insights in our fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities · Lead and manage a team of 5–10 employees, ensuring daily operations run efficiently, and targets are achieved. · Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support to team members. · Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and execution. · Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement process improvements. · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. · Prepare regular reports and complete other tasks assigned by management. Requirements · Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. · Experience: At least 3 years of work experience, including 1–2 years of experience in a managerial position. · Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Software: Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. · Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese languages is an advantage. · Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Industry Preference: Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or distribution is preferred. · Work Authorisation: Zambian nationality or candidates with legal authorisation to work in Zambia.
