Position Overview for Driver Motorbike Rider Jobs in Lusaka Job Title: Driver/Rider – 4 Wheel Vehicle & Motorbike Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Key Responsibilities Operate company vehicles and motorbikes for deliveries, errands, and field visits as assigned Ensure the safe and timely transport of goods, documents, and personnel Perform daily vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles and motorbikes Adhere strictly to road safety rules, traffic regulations, and company policies Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and deliveries Assist with loading and offloading goods when necessary Candidate Requirements Valid driver’s licenses for Class A (motorcycles), Class B (light vehicles), and Class C (medium/heavy vehicles) At least 2 to 3 years of proven driving and riding experience Clean driving record with no major traffic violations Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting Physically fit and capable of riding for extended periods Good knowledge of Lusaka’s local routes and road network Honest, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required Preferred Qualifications Defensive driving certification Previous experience in courier, logistics, or field operations Basic mechanical skills for on-road repairs What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunities for career growth and development within the company How to Apply Please submit your CV along with copies of your driver’s license, National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport, and at least two traceable references to hr@phillipszambia.com.
