Position Summary Position DRIVER Reporting To ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER Location Luanshya, Copperbelt Province Employment Type Full-Time Start Date As soon as possible Key Responsibilities • Safely transport company staff and goods. • Arrange vehicle repairs and perform minor servicing when needed. • Keep mileage and repair records up to date. • Identify and report mechanical issues. • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations. • Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, road tax, fitness, etc) are valid. • Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle problems to management. • Carry out other duties assigned by management. Minimum Requirements • Full grade 12 school certificate • Valid Zambian driver’s license (minimum class C) • At least 5 years driving manual vehicles. • Good knowledge of road safety rules and regulations. • Honest, mature, sober and willing to take on additional responsibilities. Added Advantage: • Knowledge of car mechanics or a certificate in vehicle maintenance. Personal Attributes • Self-motivated, reliable and punctual. • High integrity and accountability. • Strong practical problem-solving skills. • Should be alert and detail oriented. • Alert and detail-oriented. • Good communication skills.
