Customer Services Assistant
Lukanga Water Supply & Sanitation Company Limited invites applications for a permanent and pensionable Customer Services Assistant position in Mukonchi.
Job Purpose
To manage the water reticulation system and customer service activities, including meter reading, water production and treatment, attending to customers, minor leak repairs, reporting, stakeholder engagement and supporting business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- School Certificate.
- Craft Certificate in Water Operations or equivalent.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated and innovative.
- Strong team player.
