Position Overview for Building and Logistics Officer Jobs in Solwezi The Building and Logistics Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the timely procurement, transportation, and delivery of building materials required for various construction projects. This position demands strong organizational skills, supplier negotiation capabilities, and the ability to manage logistics operations efficiently to maintain smooth project workflows. Key Responsibilities Identify and verify building materials in line with project specifications Source and procure materials from approved suppliers Coordinate transportation and delivery logistics to project sites Locate and hire trucks for material transportation as needed Monitor delivery schedules to ensure punctual arrival of materials Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and delivered Conduct errands related to material sourcing and logistics coordination Candidate Requirements Craft Certificate in Building Technology Craft Certificate in Plumbing or a related field Certificate in Sales and Marketing is an advantage Comprehensive knowledge of building materials and their specifications Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Excellent negotiation and supplier coordination abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office and Excel Minimum of three years relevant experience Valid C1 Driver’s License is a plus Application Process Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV, cover letter, and copies of relevant qualifications by email to: sales@brolichi.com Please ensure applications reach us by the closing date: 29th May 2026.
