Stanway Enterprise Limited is looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support office administration, tender identification and applications, basic HR administration for a workforce of fewer than 20 employees, and liaison/communication on real estate matters. Key Responsibilities – Search for tender opportunities and assist with submissions. – Maintain staff records, leave and attendance records. – Support office correspondence, filing and reporting. – Liaise on real estate-related matters. – Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualification – Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
