Role Overview for Administration and HR Officer Jobs in Lusaka As an Administration and HR Officer, you will work closely with staff and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing payroll preparations, administering employee benefits, and maintaining compliance with statutory obligations and employment regulations. You will also prepare employment contracts and update company policies as needed. In addition, this role requires managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with external stakeholders such as service providers and government institutions. Supporting finance and operations teams with administrative reporting and tasks will also be part of your duties. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position.
